3.1 Registration Process

To create an mpo444 account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully. 3.2 One Account Per Player

All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of winnings, and forfeiture of account balances.

4.1 KYC Requirements

mpo444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal request is approved, and in certain cases before high-value deposits are accepted, you will be required to submit the following documents:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your current residential address in Indonesia (dated within 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking app showing your name and account number, or confirmation of your OVO, DANA, or GoPay account registration details.

4.2 Processing Time

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your mpo444 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests may also be submitted through the responsible gaming tools in account settings.

13.2 Termination by mpo444

mpo444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

13.3 Effect of Termination

mpo444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the mpo444 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mpo444 is licensed and incorporated.
